How long does an order take?
Most pieces are stitched and posted within about five working days. Larger or team orders can take a little longer, and we always confirm timing before we start.
Can I send my own artwork?
Yes, please do. Send a sketch, logo or photo with your enquiry and we will turn it into a stitch preview for you to approve first.
How do I care for embroidery?
Wash stitched garments inside out on a gentle cycle and skip the tumble dryer. Hoop art just needs a dry spot away from direct sun to stay bright.
Do you ship outside the US?
We post worldwide with tracking on every parcel. International delivery times vary by country and are confirmed with your order.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Tell us within two weeks with a photo and we will make it right, either with a repair or a fresh stitch. Your keepsake should arrive perfect.
